Overview
Completion Rate is a key metric in analyzing the effectiveness of your onboarding guides. It represents the ratio of completed guides to the guides that have been viewed by users. Understanding this metric can help you gauge how well your guides are performing and identify areas for improvement.
What is Completion Rate?
The Completion Rate measures how many of your guides are fully completed compared to the number that has been viewed by users. This metric is crucial for evaluating the engagement and effectiveness of your onboarding materials.
- Definition:
- Completion Rate = (Number of Completed Guides / Number of Viewed Guides) × 100
A guide is considered complete when the user has reached the final step within that guide. Tracking this rate helps you understand how effectively your guides are leading users through the intended onboarding process.
