When you exceed your MAU quota, your onboarding material will not be performing on your platform for your end users, but you can still use the Panel and Extension to create and maintain your onboarding material. You will not be charged for any extra amount, no bad surprises regarding invoices of UserGuiding.

To increase your MAU quota, you can always subscribe to a larger plan or contact our sales & support teams via Intercom.
