A few customers reported they are facing infinite spinner issue lately when they try to create guides or hotspots inside UserGuiding dashboard. (See screenshot below)

We've figured that the cause is lacking browser permissions for UserGuiding extension. Please see following instructions to tackle through.

1-) First go to following URL on your browser


  • Go to extension settingsĀ 

  • Find UserGuiding

  • Click on details

2-) Once you are in extension detail page, ensure it has site access 'On all sites'
