Hello our beloved user, we have very good news for you!

Thanks to your feedback and feature requests, our team is rapidly moving towards building the most useful onboarding tool in the market! We are working really hard to provide you a much better set of tools that will cover a larger percentage of your onboarding needs, with an improved ease of use. We created this article because we want you to take advantage of the new features that are just released.

If you want to see what is new in this version, please check out this article.

Make sure you follow the steps below to get the most out of our enhanced service;

Please keep in mind that these are one-time checks and you will never need to do repeat them once you are complete!

1) Check out the text styles and explore standardization.

We know that most of you have been struggling with applying the text styles one by one, and when it comes to updating them, you have to repeat the process all over again.

To simplify this procedure we brought standardization in. From now on, the text styles within your onboarding content will be consistent and this will provide a much efficient experience for your end users.

This means you will have a defined set of styles that you can manage within a theme that you use. These are Body, Header 1 , Header 2 and Header 3 respectively.

Let's say you want to update the Header 2 style within your onboarding content;
You just need to visit the Themes Tab, click on the Theme that you want to work on and modify the Header 2 style under the Text Tab. You do not need to visit your steps one after one, and fix them manually anymore!

Important reminder:

Before Publishing Changes and updating your onboarding material to the latest version, please preview your onboarding content using the extension and check text styles are appropriate. Especially the ones that you have stylized manually, using custom font sizes and colors. If everything seems right, you are ready to publish the changes within your panel.

2) Margins & Paddings

A lot of you have reached out to us to ask if it possible to customize the margins and paddings there are within the onboarding material. We made it possible with the new extension!

Use the Extension and click on the component that you would like to edit, within the toolbar you will find the margin adjustment function.

Important reminder:

Before Publishing Changes and updating your onboarding material to the latest version, please preview your onboarding material using the extension and check the margins and paddings are appropriate. If everything seems right, you are ready to publish the changes within your panel.

3) Line Breaks / Line Spaces

You may have used empty lines to edit line spacing. If you have done so, please preview your onboarding material and see if there is an unwanted change in the view of your content. Do not forget to edit and save these changes where you notice them.
