If you do not want to show the Promoter Survey to every user, you can set the sampling percentage.

It indicates the percentage of your users that will see the Promoter Survey.

For example: If you set the number to ‘100’, every user that visits the page/s where the Promoter Survey is located, will see the Survey.

If you set it to '50', half of those users will be able to see the Survey.
