Analytics Dashboard is designed to give you more visibility into your account usage and UserGuiding Content performance in one central place. You can navigate to your Analytics Dashboard by clicking on Analytics > Dashboard to see your key content events over time.
Here, you can also specify the data to be downloaded by using content tabs, dropdowns, and the date picker.
You'll see an Export CSV button at the top right of each graph on the page, where you can export the data in spreadsheet format. Using content tabs and the date picker, you can specify the data to be downloaded.
Exporting CSV Files by Module
You can export CSV files from almost all UserGuiding modules. These exports are available directly from each module’s Reports section, allowing you to analyze and customize your data as needed. Below are examples of where you can find the Export CSV option across the platform:
Users
• All Users → Export CSV → Available Attributes (Select additional attributes to make your data more detailed and accurate).
Engagement
• Engagement → Guides → Reports → Export CSV
• Engagement → Banners → Reports → Export CSV
Widgets
• Widgets → Checklist → Reports → Export CSV
• Widgets → Resource Center → Reports → Export CSV
Feedback
• Feedback → Surveys → Reports → Export CSV → CSV File Preferences → Select Additional Attributes (Select additional attributes to make your data more detailed and accurate).
Product Updates
• Product Updates → Reports → Export CSV → CSV File Preferences → Select Additional Attributes (Select additional attributes to make your data more detailed and accurate).
Knowledge Base
• Knowledge Base → Page Reports → Export CSV
• Knowledge Base → Article Reports → Export CSV
AI Assistant
• AI Assistant → Reports → Export CSV → CSV File Preferences → Select Additional Attributes (Select additional attributes to make your data more detailed and accurate).
