Overview

After publishing your Resource Centers to your web platform, all end-user interactions will be presented on the Analytics Dashboard.

There, you can track the performance of your Resource Centers in detail and have a better insight into the engagement and success of each module you have created.

Where to find Resource Center Analytics?

You can access the dashboard by clicking on Analytics > Dashboard.

By default, the dashboard shows how all of your guides performed over the last seven days. However, you can switch to the Resource Centers Tab by clicking on its name.

Tracking your analytics data

Indicators

The Resource Centers tab includes the following indicators:

1 - The total number of interactions between your end-users and all active Resource Centers within the last seven days.

2 - Whether the total number of unique interactions is increased or decreased compared to the previous week and the difference.

* total interactions: the number of interactions of your end-users with the modules of all Resource Centers.

Filters

Three possible filters can be applied to the Resource Centers data:

1 - Dropdown: by default, the respective data will be presented based on all your active Resource Centers. However, you can select a specific Resource Center.

2 - Date picker: you can change the date range and pick a longer or shorter period.

3 - Interval selector: based on the chosen date range from the second filter, you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly interval to present your data on the graph.

Interacting with the graphs

Line Chart: once you have applied your filters, you'll see a blue line on the line chart representing the Total Interactions (how many users interacted with the modules of active Resource Centers).

You can see date-specific interaction data for all Resource Centers or a particular one you select.

To gather specific data, hover over the chart, as shown below.

To see the list of users who viewed a Resource Center, click on one of the indicators representing each material. You can also export this list of users as a CSV file.

Pie chart: if the All Resource Centers option were selected on the dropdown filter, you'd also notice a pie chart that shows the total view count for all Resource Centers.

If you want to know each Resource Center's total view count, just hover over the desired percentage.

Table: The following table will also be shown by applying the same filters as the pie chart above. All Resource Centers will be listed in descending order based on the interaction count.

If you'd select a specific Resource Center from the content dropdown, the charts will show analytics data for the modules within that Resource Center.

Exporting data

Finally, you'll see a button called Export CSV at the bottom of the page, where you can export the data in a spreadsheet format. If you choose a specific Resource Center in the first filter or all Resource Centers, this will be reflected in the final result.
