Overview

You can apply filters to your Guides, Hotspots, Checklists, and Resource Centers on your Panel in the Content and Analytics sections.

This functionality will enable you to pick the material based on the criteria below:

How to Filter Your Materials With Different Conditions

• On your Panel, click on the material type you’d like to filter.
• Select a filter for the materials you want to display.

• You can add up to ten different filter conditions at a time.

Example

In this example, we aim to display only the Guides that:

• Are currently active AND,
• Were created before May 1, 2025.

You can use AND or OR conditions depending on your filter conditions. When you’re done filtering, you can hide or remove all filters.

Note: You can apply the same filters to the Dashboard Analytics and Users Page.
