While managing UserGuiding content, there are moments when you need to act upon multiple materials; in such cases, bulk actions can be a lifesaver!

Whenever you see a checkbox next to an item, bulk actions are available there!

In the example below, we're selecting multiple Guides, but the same could be done for Checklists, Hotspots, etc.

After selecting one or more materials, you can perform bulk actions through the top bar. Let's understand what types of actions are possible.

1 - Duplicate/clone

2 - Delete

3 - Change status to active/inactive

4 - Change the theme

5 - Switch the container

Note: Please bear in mind that these actions can't be undone.
