The number of Surveys you can create changes based on your Account Plan. The current plan details are as follows:

1 Survey for the Basic Plan
3 Surveys for the Professional Plan
10 Surveys for the Corporate Plan

You can upgrade your subscription and/or purchase an add-on through the Subscription Tab in your panel.
