Can I Have Multiple Surveys?
Learn if it is possible to have more than one Survey.
Overview
Conducting surveys is an excellent way to gather feedback, improve your product, and enhance user satisfaction. Creating multiple surveys can be crucial for capturing diverse insights and addressing different aspects of your service. However, the number of surveys you can create with UserGuiding depends on your account plan.
Survey Limits Based on Account Plan
- Starter Plan:
- Surveys Available: 1
- The Starter Plan allows you to create a single survey. This option is suitable for small-scale operations or initial feedback gathering. It helps you get started with understanding your users’ needs and preferences.
- Growth Plan:
- Surveys Available: 3
- The Growth Plan supports the creation of up to three surveys. This plan is ideal for growing businesses that need more detailed feedback across different user segments or product features. Having multiple surveys enables you to gather more specific and actionable insights.
- Enterprise Plan:
- Surveys Available: 10
- The Enterprise Plan offers the flexibility to create up to ten surveys. This plan is designed for large organizations with extensive feedback requirements. It allows you to conduct comprehensive surveys across various departments, products, or user demographics, ensuring thorough data collection and analysis.
Upgrading and Add-Ons
- Subscription Upgrade: If your current plan does not meet your survey needs, you can upgrade your subscription. Upgrading to a higher plan increases the number of surveys you can create, allowing you to gather more diverse and comprehensive feedback.
- Purchasing Add-Ons: In addition to upgrading your plan, you can purchase add-ons that may offer additional survey capabilities. These add-ons provide flexibility and scalability to your survey creation process, ensuring you can adapt to your evolving feedback requirements.
How to Upgrade
To upgrade your subscription or purchase add-ons, navigate to the Subscription Tab in your UserGuiding panel. Here, you can view available plans, compare features, and make changes to your subscription as needed.
By selecting the appropriate plan or add-on, you can ensure that you have the necessary tools to conduct multiple surveys and gather valuable insights to improve your product and user experience.
