To ensure a smooth transition for you, we have prepared this guideline to help you adapt quickly to the upcoming changes in your Promoter Survey experience.

What's Happening to Your Existing Promoter Survey?

Firstly, we understand that you may be concerned about your existing Promoter Survey. Rest assured, your Promoter Survey will continue to be displayed, and all the settings you have previously saved will be respected.

Where to Find Your Existing Promoter Survey

You may have noticed that the old Promoter Survey section in your panel menu has been deprecated. However, we have migrated all existing Promoter Surveys to a new and improved location - they can now be found under the "Surveys" section in the Content tab.

Accessing Your Previous Scores, Responses, and Feedback

Your valuable data is safe! We have migrated not only your questions and settings but also all submitted data. So, if you're wondering whether you can still access your previous scores, responses, and feedback, the answer is a resounding "Yes!" Simply open the survey on the panel to find all your survey analytics intact.

While we don't anticipate any data loss, we store your valuable survey responses securely within our system. If, for any reason, you are unable to view your responses in your panel, we encourage you to contact our dedicated support channel. Our team will promptly assist you and provide access to your stored data.

Changes in the New Promoter Survey

While we strive to maintain continuity, there are a few changes you should be aware of in the new Promoter Survey:

  1. Deprecated Rating Scale Texts: We have deprecated the rating scale texts in favor of a more streamlined and efficient design.

  2. Deprecated Button Texts: The "Postpone" and "Back" button texts have also been deprecated, making the survey interface cleaner and more user-friendly.

Exploring New Configuration Options

One exciting aspect of the new Surveys is the additional configuration options that empower you to customize your survey to suit your needs. Here's what you can explore:

Content Options

  • "Required to Answer": You can enable this option to ensure that users respond to specific questions, making sure you receive comprehensive feedback.

  • Modal Width: Now, you can adjust the width of each question's modal to enhance the survey's visual appeal.

  • Multi-line Input Field: For written feedback questions, you have the option to add a multi-line input field with a customizable placeholder.

Customization Options:

  • Fonts: Choose from a selection of pre-defined fonts or add a custom font to give your surveys a unique touch.

  • Answer Field Size: Customize the size of answer fields to be large or small, depending on your design preferences.

  • Survey Position: Position your survey modal in the center, right, or left of the page, allowing for a more harmonious layout.

  • Box Roundness: Customize the roundness of survey boxes to match your brand aesthetics.

  • Progress Indicator: Enhance the user experience by adding a progress indicator to let respondents know how far they are in the survey.

Configuration Options:

  • Appearance Frequency: Set different appearance frequencies to control how often users encounter the survey.

  • User Interaction Trigger: Choose whether to stop triggering the survey based on users' interactions with it.

  • Custom Triggering Options: Disable auto-triggering and set your own custom triggering conditions.

  • Scheduled Display: Depending on your subscription plan, schedule a date range for your survey to be displayed.

Enhanced Analytics

We've also made improvements to the analytics side of the Promoter Survey, offering you valuable insights:

  • Separate Analytics for Each Question: Gain a deeper understanding of user responses with separate analytics for each question.

  • User Identification: You will now see user IDs in the latest responses section without having to export the responses, making it easier to track individual feedback.

  • User Details and Activity Feed: By clicking on a user, you can access their details and activity feed, helping you to contextualize their responses and better understand their feedback.

Conclusion

While the new features offer more customization options and improved analytics, we understand that you may have questions. Don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you need further assistance.
