Overview

In the cases that you've sent incorrect user attributes to UserGuiding or you want to start tracking your users from scratch after enabling the User Identification feature, you can bulk delete the existing users by following the steps below.

• Navigate to the Users Page through the left-hand menu.

• Apply a filter to list the user you want to delete. For example, if you want to delete users whose languages are not EN, apply the "Language is not EN" filter.

• Once the filter is applied, you need to click on the "Delete Users" button.

• The following pop-up will show up. Once you confirm the action, the users will be deleted.

Important: User deletion is irreversible, and deleted users will still count toward your MAU quota until the thirty-day time period is rolled over.
