In UserGuiding, you can keep track of your account and material activity to stay updated on important changes made by you and your team members.

Accessing the Activity Log

Once you're logged in to the UserGuiding panel, you can access your Activity Logs on the Settings page.

You can display Account Activities and Material Activities separately by hiding the other.

Understanding the Activity Logs

In both the Account Activity and Material Activity sections, you can view a chronological list of activities related to your account and materials. Here's a breakdown of what you might see in the logs:

  • Date and Time: The date and time when the activity occurred.

  • Activity Type: A description of the activity (e.g., Guide Created, Guide Deleted, Hotspot Created, Hotspot Updated).

  • User: The UserGuiding account or user responsible for the activity.

  • Additional Information: For some activities, you might see additional details, such as the name of the guide or material.
