UserGuiding Knowledge Base Integration within the Resource Center
Learn how you can easily integrate your Help Center and add search functionality in the Resource Center.

Overview

Integrating your Knowledge Base into your Resource Center enhances accessibility and usability. Allowing end users to browse articles without leaving the page will also boost engagement and interest.

 

Integrating a UserGuiding Knowledge Base with the Resource Center

  • Login to your Panel
  • Go to the Settings of your Resource Center
  • Under Connections, click Knowledge Base Integration.
  • Select UserGuiding from the dropdown menu. Once selected, the domain field will be populated automatically.

 

You can change the field name of the Knowledge Base and set one of the listed languages as the Search Language.
