Creating and Configuring the Knowledge Base
Learn how to kick-start your Knowledge Base

Overview

The Knowledge Base is a powerful tool that allows you to organize and share information with your team or customers. This article will guide you through creating and configuring your Knowledge Base.

Activating the Knowledge Base

You can find your Knowledge Base on the left-hand menu in your panel.

After clicking "Activate Your Knowledge Base," you'll be asked to select a default language. After selecting, click on "Confirm," and your Knowledge Base will be activated.

Page Settings

Go to the Page Settings menu under the Knowledge Base feature.

Configuration

You can activate your Knowledge Base page here. You can also enhance your Knowledge Base experience by displaying UserGuiding onboarding materials—including Guides, Hotspots, AI Assistant, Resource Center, Checklist, and Surveys—directly on your Knowledge Base page and articles.

Once configured, your users will be able to view the selected onboarding components as they browse through your Knowledge Base—helping you deliver a more interactive and supportive experience.

You can add the languages you already added in the localization section in your settings and start creating your Knowledge Base in those languages. You can refer to this article to learn about Language Management in the Knowledge Base.
