AI Insights for UserGuiding Surveys
Automatically Generated Insights for your Survey Replies

The AI Insights feature for the Survey Replies is available under the Reports Page of each live survey, which has previously received any reply.



To use the feature locate the AI Insights field below the Question Analytics Table and click on the Generate Insights button. The Insights will be created within in a couple second inside the AI Insights Field.


The Insights Include:

  • A Summary Section
  • Key Themes with Example Replies
  • and a section for Recommendations


Once you have the Insights, you can read them inside the panel or export them as PDF File using the Download Button.


If you would like to update the content once you receive new replies, just click on the Generate Insights button again and update the content.


The AI Insights for Survey Replies reads through your latest 1000 replies for a given Survey.
