Each domain that you own has its own unique user base.

Since the User Identification is account-based, when you enable it, every container needs to receive user IDs to display your content to your end-users.

See the image below, where multiple containers are being used in different environments.

If you have enabled User Identification and a user can’t view your live content, this might be because they haven’t been sent as an identified user. You can check this by opening the Troubleshooter.
