Playlists
Save and organize sessions into smart collections based on filter conditions, so you can quickly revisit the recordings that matter most.

Playlists let you save a group of sessions that match specific conditions — so you can quickly revisit recordings that matter without filtering from scratch every time.

Creating a Playlist

  1. Go to Session Replay → Playlists
  2. Click + Create Playlist in the top-right of the table
  3. Give your playlist a name
  4. Add one or more filter conditions
  5. Click Save


Filter Conditions

Playlists are built using conditions grouped by AND/OR logic:

  • Conditions within the same group are joined by OR (any of them can match)
  • Multiple groups are joined by AND (all groups must match)


Available Filters

Duration — Session length in seconds

Browser — The browser used (e.g. Chrome, Safari)

Entry URL — The first page of the session

Any Visited URL — Any page visited during the session

Click Count — Total number of clicks

Rage Clicks — Number of rage click events

Errors — Number of JavaScript errors

Started At — When the session began

User ID — The identifier of the user

User Segment — Whether the user belongs to a specific segment

Editing or Deleting a Playlist

Click on any playlist row in the table to open it and view its matching sessions. To edit the playlist's name or conditions, click the Edit button from within the detail view.
