Changing Account Email
Learn how to change your account email in the UserGuiding Panel using a verification code.

To change the email address on your UserGuiding account, visit the Settings page on your panel and follow the steps below.

  • On the "Profile" tab, click on "Change Email"

 

  • Write & confirm your new email address. When you confirm and save your new email address, you will receive a verification code by email

 

Note: Check your spam folder if you cannot find the verification email in your inbox.

 

 

  • Enter the code to verify your information and finish the process, and you're done!

 

 

 

Important: If you'd like your invoices to be sent to the new email, please also ensure to update it on your billing details here.
