Analyzing the Knowledge Base Report
Learn how you can track Knowledge Base interactions.

Overview

When managing your knowledge base, it's important to regularly analyze your data to ensure your content is compelling and meets your users' needs. This article will walk you through analyzing your knowledge base report.

 

Page Reports

You have the option to track the outcomes for all languages or a particular language on your Knowledge Base page.

Page View

 

The Total Visits indicate the frequency of your users' views on your Knowledge Base. The Unique Visitors reflect the number of individuals accessing your Knowledge Base. You can filter it daily, weekly, and monthly. You can also opt for a more customized approach by specifying a particular date range to observe results within that specific timeframe.

 

Click on one of the date indicators to see the list of users who viewed your Knowledge Base. You can also export this list of users as a CSV file.

 

After clicking "Export CSV," you can select additional attributes to include in your file.

 

 

Reactions

 

The reactions are the users' Feedback on your Knowledge Base's articles. You can see Happy, Neutral, or Sad emojis to understand how your users feel about the Articles you've added.

 

Searches

 

You can also access detailed information on any search on your Knowledge Base through the Searches section.

 

Keyword: The word that was searched.

Total Searches: The times that word was searched.

Language: The language of the Knowledge Base.

Article Click Rate: A ratio of people who click on at least one article in the search results to the total number of users that visited those results.

Export CSV: Click the button in the top-right corner to extract the Search Data for further processing or storage.

 

Article Reports

You have the option to track the outcomes for all languages or a particular language on your Knowledge Base articles.

 

 

  • The Total Views shows the total Article view count.
  • The Unique Viewers shows how many unique users have viewed your articles.
  • The Total Reactions show how many reactions were made to your articles.

 

You can filter it daily, weekly, and monthly. You can also opt for a more customized approach by specifying a particular date range to observe results within that specific timeframe.
