Unfortunately, once you delete onboarding content in UserGuiding, it cannot be restored. Deleting any Guide, Checklist, Hotspot, or other material is a permanent action.
This is because the deletion is directly linked to our database. Once content is removed, it’s completely wiped from our system and cannot be recovered. Therefore, it’s crucial to double-check before you delete anything to ensure it’s no longer needed.
If you accidentally remove an important onboarding flow or Guide, you’ll need to recreate it from scratch. We recommend backing up or reviewing content before proceeding with deletion to avoid losing valuable work.
