Adding Frequently Asked Questions and Featured Articles
Cover your users' repetitive questions and inquiries with FAQs & Featured Articles.

Overview

End users tend to have many repeating questions and inquiries. Answering these in your Frequently Asked Questions and Featured Articles in your Help Center creates a good user experience and makes it easier to navigate between topics.

 

You will find the Categories tab inside the Knowledge Base section on your panel.

 

 

Adding Featured Articles

 

Click Add Featured Articles at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Here, you can select the articles you want to display on your Knowledge Base. You can select up to five articles. These will be displayed on your Help Center homepage. Click Save, and your articles will be ready.

 

 

Adding Frequently Asked Questions

 

Click Add FAQ at the bottom of the same page.

 

Type your question and answer in their respective boxes. Click Save, and your question will be ready.
