Banner Reports
Learn how to track your Banner performance from the Reports tab.

Overview

Once your banners are live on your platform, you can track all user interactions with them directly in the Reports tab under each Banner’s settings.

This allows you to measure visibility, engagement, and click activity in detail — helping you understand which banners are effective and which may need adjustment.

Note: For an overview of your overall content performance, you can also access the Performance > Dashboard section.

Tracking Your Reports Data

Indicators

The Reports tab for each Banner includes the following key metrics:

  • Total Views (Seen): Indicates the number of times the banner was displayed to users. Each appearance counts as one view, helping you measure overall visibility.
  • Total Clicks: Displays how many times users interacted with the banner’s buttons.
  • Click Rate: Calculated as (Total Clicks ÷ Total Views) × 100. This percentage indicates the level of engagement with the banner. A higher click rate typically means the message and CTA were effective.

Filters

You can refine the data you see with filters:

  • Date Picker: Choose a custom date range to view performance over a specific period.
  • Interval Selector: Display data in daily, weekly, or monthly intervals depending on your chosen date range.

Interacting with the Graphs

Once filters are applied, you’ll see a line chart. It's a visual display of banner performance over time. You can hover over any point on the chart to see exact values for that date.

User-Level Insights

Clicking on any data point in the chart opens a list of users who viewed or clicked the banner on that date.

You can also export this user list as a CSV file. When exporting, you’ll have the option to include additional user attributes in your file for more in-depth analysis.

Click Actions Table

At the bottom of the Reports tab, you’ll see a Click Actions table showing:

  • Total Clicks per button
  • Click Percentage (share of each button compared to total clicks)
  • User list of who interacted with which button

Exporting Data

Every chart and table in the Reports tab includes an Export CSV button.

  • Click it to download your banner performance data in spreadsheet format.
  • You can select additional attributes to include before exporting the user lists.
  • Exported files enable you to share results with your team or conduct more in-depth offline analysis.

With Banner Reports, you can monitor visibility, engagement, and button-level interactions — helping you fine-tune your messaging and ensure your in-app announcements drive results.
