Overview

Once you've set up your AI Assistant, you can test the experience to ensure everything works smoothly before going live. This allows you to make any necessary adjustments for optimal performance. You have two ways of testing.

Live Preview

Inside the Sources tab, there is a live preview where you can ask questions and test your flows. This mirrors the experience your users will have once the AI Assistant is published.

On the Live Page

Alternatively, you can select the "Only Me" segmentation option. When this option is selected, only users who have the UserGuiding Chrome extension installed will be able to see your AI Assistant. You can see how everything looks and ask test questions on the live page without disturbing your end-users experiences.
