Overview
Feature Requests let your users tell you what they want you to build next. Users submit ideas from your Product Updates page, vote on each other's requests, and you review every submission in the panel before it becomes public. Feature Requests are part of Product Updates and work together with the Public Roadmap. Depending on your plan, you may see an upgrade prompt when activating it.
To set up the roadmap itself, see the Setting Up the Public Roadmap article.
How Users Submit Requests
On your Product Updates page, users see a Feature Requests tab. They can:
- Submit a new request with their name, email, a title, and a description.
- Vote on existing requests.
- Sort requests by most votes, newest, or trending.

Moderating Submissions
Open Product Updates > Feature Requests to review what your users submit. New submissions land in the Inbox for triage and are not publicly visible until you approve them. For each request, you can:
- Approve Listing: Make the request publicly visible on your Feature Requests tab.

- Add to Roadmap: Promote the request to a card on your public roadmap.

- Move to Inbox: Send an approved or rejected request back to the Inbox for re-triage.
- Mark as Spam: Keep unwanted submissions out of your public page. Spam requests are collected in their own view.

- Delete: Remove the request permanently.
You can also select multiple requests and use bulk actions to change their status or category at once, and search for requests by title.
Promoting Requests to the Roadmap
When you decide to build a requested feature, use Add to Roadmap to turn the request into a roadmap item. The item appears on your public roadmap board, where users can continue voting and commenting as it moves through your statuses. See the Setting Up the Public Roadmap article for how to manage the board.

Organizing With Statuses and Categories
Feature requests use the same statuses and categories as your roadmap, configured under Product Updates > Page Settings. Assign a category to each request to keep your public list organized, and use statuses to communicate where a request stands.
