What is Project Management?
Manage multiple products, platforms, or user segments seamlessly with separate projects under a single account.

Overview

UserGuiding allows you to create and manage multiple projects under a single account. This means you can organize your user onboarding content for different products, platforms, or environments in one place, while keeping each project’s data separate from the others. Essentially, it's like having separate workspaces for each product or team, all under one roof.

Why use Multiple Projects?

  • Organize by product or platform: Separate your content for different applications (for example, an employee app and a customer app) or environments (such as staging and production). Each project has its own container code, allowing you to easily install UserGuiding on multiple platforms and keep each project isolated.
  • Separate analytics and settings: Each project comes with its own analytics dashboard and configuration settings. This means you can track user engagement and material performance for each project individually, without any data mixing between projects.
  • Tailored experiences for each audience: Multiple projects let you customize onboarding for different user segments or product lines. It’s ideal for larger or enterprise teams that manage multiple apps or user groups – each project can have content tailored to its specific audience for a more personalized experience.
  • All under one account: Even with separate projects, everything is managed through your single UserGuiding account. You can easily switch between projects in the dashboard to view analytics or publish new content for each one, without needing to log in to separate accounts.

Note: This feature is available on Growth and Enterprise plans and projects can be purchased as an add-on. Please contact the Support Team for add-on inquiries.
