Overview

The Date Picker in UserGuiding’s Analytics Dashboard is a powerful tool that allows you to customize the date range for your analytics data. By adjusting the date range, you can focus on specific periods, making it easier to analyze trends and patterns over time.

Accessing the Date Picker

  1. Navigate to the Analytics Dashboard: Begin by accessing the Analytics Dashboard within your UserGuiding account. Here is the link to the Analytics Dashboard where you can utilize various filters, including the Date Picker.
    • Location: The Date Picker feature is integrated into the dashboard’s interface and is designed to help you filter data based on different time intervals.
  2. Using the Date Picker: To apply the Date Picker, click on the calendar icon located at the top of the line chart. This icon opens a date selection tool that allows you to specify the time period for which you want to view data.

    • Selecting a Date Range: Use the calendar interface to select your desired start and end dates. You can choose a specific range or select predefined options such as "Daily," "Weekly," or "Monthly."
  3. Applying Filters: After selecting the date range, the data on the line chart will automatically update to reflect the chosen period. This allows you to analyze how your metrics perform over the selected time frame.
