Overview
After publishing your UserGuiding content to your web platform, all end-user interactions related will be presented under the Reports tab in your Guide settings.
There, you can track the performance of your onboarding material in detail. Consequently, you'll be able to see what is and isn't working with your content.
Note: If you want to see the overall performance of your Guides, you can access the dashboard by clicking on Performance > Dashboard.

Tracking Your Reports Data
Indicators
The Reports tab under each Guide includes the following indicators:

Total Seen: This shows how many times this Guide has been viewed. Each time a user opens the Guide, it's counted as one “seen.” This metric helps measure interest and reach.
Total Completion: This counts the number of times users have gone through the entire Guide and completed it. It indicates how often users are not just starting, but finishing the content.
Completion Rate: This is calculated as: (Total Completion ÷ Total Seen) × 100
This percentage helps you understand how engaging and effective your Guide is. A high completion rate typically means users find the content valuable and easy to follow.
Filters
- Date Picker: You can change the date range and pick a longer or shorter period.
- Interval Selector: Based on the date range chosen from the second filter, you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly interval to present your data on the graph.

Click Actions: This table shows button-level click data, including total clicks, click percentage, and users who interacted.

Exporting Data
Next to each chart, you'll see a button called Export CSV, where you can export the data in spreadsheet format.
