Overview

Impact Reports are vital in assessing how well users achieve defined goals on your platform. This guide will help you comprehend the data in your Impact Report, enabling you to make informed decisions based on user interactions and goal achievements.

Impact Report Components

The report consists of several elements that detail user interactions and the success of impact actions designed to facilitate goal achievement.

Overall Goal Conversion

This metric represents the percentage of users who have achieved the defined goal out of all users included in that goal.

Impact Action Breakdown

Each action is assessed to determine its effectiveness in contributing to the goal.

  • Impact Action A
    • Impact Rate: The percentage of users who completed the goal and took the defined action.
    • Unique Users: The number of unique users who successfully achieved the goal and took the defined action.

  • Other Actions
    • Impact Rate: This action contrasts sharply with the previous one, showing all users who achieved the goal but did not take the defined action.
    • Unique Users: The number of unique users who successfully achieved the goal but did not take the defined action.

  • Impact Action B
    • If you add two impact actions, you will see the data from the second Impact Action here instead of Other Actions. Additionally, you will see combined data of both impact actions, showing the percentage of users who reached the goal and completed both or neither defined actions.

Pie Chart
