In the Surveys, the Net Promoter Score calculation, only the latest answer of a user is taken into consideration.

For example, if a user gave you a score of 8 three months ago, they were regarded as neutral. Today, if they see the survey again and give you a score of 10, they will be regarded as a promoter.
